DESARROLLO DE UNA METODOLOG\u00cdA PARA LA REVISI\u00d3N DEL ESTUDIO: \u00abAN\u00c1LISIS URBAN\u00cdSTICO DE BARRIOS DESFAVORECIDOS DE ESPA\u00d1A\u00bb <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

El objetivo del trabajo fue disponer de una evaluaci\u00f3n del volumen de barrios que podr\u00edan alcanzar la calificaci\u00f3n de vulnerables, y realizar una propuesta metodol\u00f3gica que permitiera revisar el cat\u00e1logo de los barrios determinados en 1996 en el \u201cAn\u00e1lisis Urban\u00edstico de Barrios Desfavorecidos\u201d<\/a>, realizado por la Secci\u00f3n de Urbanismos del Instituto Juan de Herrera (IJH) de la Escuela T\u00e9cnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid (ETSAM) para el Ministerio de Fomento. <\/span><\/p>\n

En el trabajo se inclu\u00eda una propuesta para la ficha de catalogaci\u00f3n de los barrios, que permitiera tanto su comparaci\u00f3n con los barrios delimitados en el trabajo de 1996, como la inclusi\u00f3n de nuevos datos, que tuvieran m\u00e1s relaci\u00f3n con las pol\u00edticas de intervenci\u00f3n urbana realizadas hasta la fecha de estudio. Se realiz\u00f3 una estimaci\u00f3n del volumen de ciudades y barrios a analizar, a trav\u00e9s del estudio de las variables del censo de 2001, evaluando la totalidad de la informaci\u00f3n a manejar y el rango de visitas y estancias a realizar para completar el trabajo de campo necesario. Los resultados de este trabajo, sirvieron de base para el \u201cAn\u00e1lisis Urban\u00edstico de barrios vulnerables\u201d<\/a>, realizado de 2009 a 2012 para el Ministerio de Fomento en colaboraci\u00f3n con ARGEA, a trav\u00e9s del \u201cConvenio para el desarrollo del An\u00e1lisis Urban\u00edstico de Barrios Vulnerables\u201c<\/a> y el \u201cConvenio para la implantaci\u00f3n y desarrollo de un Observatorio de Vulnerabilidad Urbana en Espa\u00f1a\u201d<\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n

The objective was to have an assessment of the volume of neighborhoods that could achieve the status of vulnerable, and perform a methodological proposal that would revise the catalog of certain neighborhoods in 1996 in \u00abUrban Analysis of disadvantaged neighborhoods\u00bb<\/a>conducted by Urbanism Section of Institute of Juan de Herrera (IJH) of the School of Architecture of Madrid (ETSAM) for the Ministry of Development.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

The paper included a proposal to the catalog card of neighborhoods, to allow comparison with both neighborhoods targeted in 1996 working as the inclusion of new data, which had more to do with urban policy interventions undertaken so study date. He made an estimate of the cities and neighborhoods to analyze, through the study of the variables from the 2001 census, evaluating all information and manage the range of visits and stays to take to complete the necessary fieldwork. The results of this study, were the basis for the \u00abUrban Analysis of vulnerable neighborhoods\u00bb<\/a>, conducted from 2009 to 2012 for the Ministry of Development in collaboration with ARGEA through the \u00abConvention for the Urban<\/em> Analysis of Neighborhoods Vulnerable\u00bb<\/a> and the \u00abConvention for the implementation and development of an Urban Vulnerability Observatory in Spain\u201c.<\/a><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
