Regenerative urban food planning for ecososcial transitions. Free summer workshop in Madrid<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

27 juno – 4 julio ETSAM, Madrid<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

How can metropolitan areas be better prepared for the different crisis challenging their ability to provide healthy food for all citizens? How to boost the neccesary ecosocial transitions to come?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this international workshop, we aim to achive :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a. a better understanding of the vulnerability of urban food system
b. skills to anticipate future problems and address them by leveraging local resources
c. capacity to identify stakeholders and power structures in a new and unknown context.
d. abilities to use collaborative mapping tools to prefigure alternatives
e knowledge on strategic thinking applied to a weak define problem, and develop action oriented proposals
f. communicate findings and proposals and collaborative working<\/p>\n\n\n\n
